Junior Corporate Services Clerk

Our progressive downtown law firm client is looking for an addition to their Corporate Services deparment.   Work within a team that provides corporate legal services to lawyers and their respective clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must be able to handle a variety of corporate tasks which include:

  • Preparation of annual maintenance pkgs (BC, EPR, and Federal)
  • Preparing the pre-bills for accounts
  • Dissolutions
  • Handling Incoming mail/ forwarding mail as required
  • Changing Records and Registered office for companies (outgoing)
  • Change of directors/officers and addresses
  • Closing files
  • Conflict searches
  • Third party requests for information and/or documentation on companies
  • Sending records books for review


  • 1- 2 years experience in Corporate Records;
  • Solid working knowledge of ALF database;
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel;
  • Knowledge of BC Online will be an asset;
  • Superb attention to detail;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skill - a team player who can also work independently;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
