They currently have the following position available: Intermediate/Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will carry out a variety of tasks including:

  • Preparing real property title reports, subdivision documents, borrower’s loan documents, development documents, and closing documents on commercial real estate acquisitions, sales, developments, loans and subdivisions
  • Proficiency using electronic filing of documents and plans in accordance with Land Title Act requirements
  • Performing all other related tasks

Qualifications:   

 The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial real estate paralegal is required.
  • Possess excellent drafting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude
  • Proficient with electronic filing of documents and plans in accordance with Land Title Act requirements
  • Team player, confident with a flexible attitude
  • Ability to establish priorities and who can work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills

Our client requires an individual who is a team player, has a flexible attitude, the ability to establish priorities and who can work well under pressure. In addition, this position requires an individual with excellent organizational, communication and written skills.
